Welcome to the 2023-2024 Hockey Season Registration with West Saint Paul Hockey Association!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from West Saint Paul Hockey Association.

All Players must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-24 Season.

1. Go to the USA Hockey Website
2. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach.
3. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
4. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
5. Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.
6. You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.

Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for birth year 2017 and younger. There will also be an additional Minnesota Affiliation fee. Regardless of birth year the registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.

Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation number(s), please return to this site to log in and register with WSPHA.

If you are new to the West Saint Paul Hockey Association....Welcome.  We will require a copy of your player's birth certificate.   

The West Saint Paul Hockey Association welcomes all girls and boys that either live in or attend school in the ISD197 school boundary within West Saint Paul, Mendota Heights and Eagan.
